10 Week Health & Wellness Program
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I'm looking for an expert in health and wellness to help me create a comprehensive online 10-week program. The program will focus on various key areas including nutrition, exercise, mental health, and menopause. The content will be delivered in the form of written materials.
Key requirements:
- Extensive knowledge in health and wellness
- Experience in creating online course content
- Excellent writing skills
- Understanding of menopause-related health
- Ability to structure content for skill progression over 10 weeks
I am looking to create a programme which I can not only sell on-line with new releases/next lesson going live each week but that I can transition into almost a classroom environment going into businesses presenting the same thing weekly but in person.
The goal is for this program to also be adaptable into a 10-course presentation suitable for businesses.
For design, Canva is our main tool right now. Most of the items are there, designed, I just need to write the information in.
I use Instagram primarily as my first advertising platform, most interest comes from there or W.O.M. I am aware there are apps that, if someone purchases a single part of the course, it will blur the rest out unless they buy it. I can find out the name(s) of these for the freelancer.
