Virtual Assistant

Looking for virtual assistant to do tasks such as:
-social media (like FB, IG, Youtube) setup/update
-post on forums/blogs
-respond and follow up comments on forums /sites
-search and find stuff on internet
-write /rewrite/edit articles or posts
Requirements
-minimum degree preferably in IT, Computer Science or any STEM discipline
-tech savvy and very proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
-expert with social media
-fluent English writer
Preference given to lower hourly rate.
