Turn Virtual Classes into E books

There are 4 classes that we would like to turn into e books. Not sure if they need to be transcribed first. We would just like the information taught in the classes to be formatted into 4 easy to read ebooks with covers. The subjects of the classes: Business Credibility & Funding, Personal Credit Mastery, Turo Hosting, Creating and Selling Digital Products.
