Demand for retainer free. No action.

As of Monday, February 14th, the OSC was not filed with the court. Despite being told, the law firm FedExed the OSC to Orange County Courthouse. The law office claimed FedEx denied the mailing of the OSC to the Court.

The law firm owed me a fiduciary duty. All lawyers are fiduciaries, which is to say they owe clients fiduciary duties. ... A fiduciary duty is the duty of an agent to treat his principal with the utmost candor, rectitude, care, loyalty, and good faith--in fact to treat the principal as well as the agent would treat himself. The binding fiduciary relationship is broken. The actions taken by the law firm of Ronald Weiss violated my interests and were counterproductive, raising my case to an unnecessary "Emergency" status. .
The unreasonable delay did cause needless anxiety and undermined confidence in the lawyer's trustworthiness. The gross negligence of the law firm's failure to act on my behalf over 10months, created an emergency that did not exist when I confidently signed a binding contract to retain attorney Ronald Weiss to represent me in a wrongful foreclosure involving complex legal matters tainted by fraud and Identity Theft. As acknowledged and demonstrated in the U.S. Federal Agencies Investigation in addition to the Credit Bureaus separate internal investigation, The fiduciary duties are breached. I had to retain a competent attorney, Patrick Binakis, who had only two days to file an effective "emergency order to show cause" that the judge signed.
It did not require Mr. Binakis 10 months to review my file.
The Law Firm's actions resulted in me filing an unnecessary "emergency" bankruptcy on the eve of February 16th, 2022, at 8:17 P.M. The auction scheduled for February 17th, 2022 was stopped. This extreme action has destroyed my credit and will be a mark against me for years to come.
The binding fiduciary relationship was broken and I am demanding the to be refunded the $7,5000
