**Scope of Work:**

- Align content with HSPA, AAMI, and industry competencies
- Create professional PowerPoint slide decks for each module
- Build Instructor Guides with talking points, timing, and activities
- Develop Student Workbooks or handouts

- Write quizzes, tests, and final exam questions with answer keys
- Convert sterile processing workflows into diagrams and visuals
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
- Background in healthcare education or allied health
