-Training Program Design and Development:
• Develop training plans, curricula, and learning modules based on organizational goals.
• Create engaging training materials such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and handouts.
- Material Development:
• Create and update training manuals, job aids, and reference guides.
• Ensure materials are aligned with current practices, company policies, and compliance regulations.
-Assessment and Evaluation:
• Develop assessments (tests, quizzes) to measure learning outcomes and employee progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback and analyzing data on performance improvement.
- Technology and Tools:
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and track training programs.
• Use authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or similar for e-learning content creation.
- Collaboration:
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate content development.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads to align training programs with organizational needs.
