➢ complete the requirement specification analysis and design specification formulation of traffic demand driven & self-contained energy system key characteristic evaluation and system optimization software module; and
➢ accomplish the software design specification of key characteristic evaluation and system optimization software module of self-contained energy system driven by traffic demand.
