Top Home Care Innovations e-publication

We are an aged care consultancy who wanting to publish a e-Resource on the top home care innovative models in aged care. We are currently calling for submissions from the industry. It is a self funded low budget project ( really to help build our profile in the industry and giving us opportunities to talk at conferences internationally etc) . We need to consider who can assist in writing ( once we have the submissions), how we present the e-resource, how do we make in credible, how do we promote)
