• This is an individual project that is worth 50% of the final grade.
• The final project is due by April 6 via email.
• The project is to be composed as a Powerpoint slide deck with a maximum of 15 slides.
• The team must be a real team (of your choice) and can be from any domain (sports, business, politics, etc).
• The team must be a team that most people would see as exceptional.
• In the project, please address the following:
o A description of the team.
o An analysis of why the team is outstanding.
o Discussion of specific 2-3 dimensions of this team’s success (relate these to the concepts from class).
o Ex.: Plan B, conflict resolution, team design
o Reflections on what other teams can implement from your analysis.
o Advice on 2 additional things this team could do additionally / differently / “better” based on content from this course.
o Note – a company is usually not useful here, as it is difficult to assess (and is not a “team”)
