I am looking for some help with writing a tender. The tender is for a government project, and I have specific requirements and guidelines that need to be followed. Additionally, the length of the tender I need should be between 10-20 pages.

I need someone who has significant experience in this particular type of project, able to research and draft an effective tender that meets the government’s strict requirements and deadlines. Ideally, you should also be comfortable making any changes necessary to meet those requirements.
Given the technical complexity of such a project, excellent command of the English language is a must. You should also have a meticulous attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills.
