Responsibilities:
Write user guides, product manuals, and help articles for web applications
Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand the functionality and features of our
web applications

Ensure all content is clear, concise, and written in a tone that appeals to the target audience

Requirements:
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner Experience with eCommerce systems and HTML/CSS is a plus
