Starting a Blog

I'm new to the blogging community and I was wondering if someone could help me join engaging writing communities and help me optimize my website by gaining more engagement. I write about general things like life and different experiences and motivational blogs.

I have a lot of posts saved, but I only published three blog posts. Is there any chance someone could help me through this process please
