Sourcing 10 Below-Market Value Properties Test – Residential, Retail & Commercial
Budget: £75 – £150 GBP
Overview:
We're launching a test project for a real estate sourcing expert in the UK to source detailed listings of below-market value properties across both residential and retail/commercial sectors.
Requirements:
• Source a minimum of 10 properties for each category (residential and retail/commercial).
• For each property, please provide:
1. A description summary detailing the building’s key features for sales and rental purposes.
2. The current market value.
3. The last accepted figure from the seller—no more, no less.
4. Time frame details for selling and closing a cash transaction.
5. The status indicating whether the property is vacant or occupied.
6. Rental figures including details on current rental amount, strategy to retain the tenant or source a new one (with or without an increase in rent).
7. Information on whether the property is Freehold or Leasehold.
• Deliver all findings within 14 days.
• This is a test phase. Payment will be processed based on the quality of the delivered information and a successful test could lead to further projects.
