Social Media Strategist for Legacy Careers

Legacy Careers LLC is seeking a highly skilled social media strategist to help grow our brand presence, increase engagement, and optimize content across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Threads, and Bluesky).

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Understands the latest social media trends and algorithm updates
✔ Can create a content strategy that aligns with our business goals
✔ Knows how to optimize posts for maximum engagement, SEO, and virality
✔ Can analyze content performance and adjust the strategy based on data insights
✔ Is familiar with career coaching, job search trends, and professional growth content

Responsibilities:
✅ Develop monthly content calendars and strategic posting schedules
✅ Research & apply viral trends (especially for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels)
✅ Optimize hashtags, captions, and social copy for each platform
✅ Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth)
✅ Suggest and implement content repurposing strategies across platforms
✅ Engage with comments, DMs, and community discussions
✅ Run A/B testing on headlines, thumbnails, and content formats

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
✅ Proven experience growing social media accounts organically
✅ Deep understanding of social media algorithms and SEO for YouTube & TikTok
✅ Ability to create engaging social copy that resonates with career professionals
✅ Experience using tools like ContentStudio, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Metricool
✅ Knowledge of YouTube tags, trends, and engagement optimization
✅ Experience with LinkedIn content strategy and B2B engagement
✅Bonus: Experience in paid social media ads & retargeting
