Social Media Creator
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Real Estate team that is looking for an individual to work closely with the team leader to create visual content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. This is a basic start to the position that we are looking for 1-2 posts a week and a potential growth with the team.
- Experienced writer with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
- Portfolio of social media content (posts, photography/videography samples, articles, etc.)
- Develop and drive execution of highly engaging and compelling photography, video and design content for all of our social media platforms
- Monitor industry leaders to apply best practices and contribute to team brainstorms with new creative concepts
