On-Site Support for Film Screening Event in Munich
Budget: €250 – €500 EUR
We are organizing a small local film screening as part of a short film festival in Munich on July 7, 2025, from 18:00 to 21:00. The event will feature independent filmmakers and about 20–30 attendees. We need someone to be present on-site to assist with the event.
Key tasks include:
- Welcoming guests and giving a brief German introduction (script provided by us).
- Ensuring the screening starts on time.
- Assisting guests with any small questions or issues.
- Optionally giving a brief thank-you speech at the end.
Ideal Freelancer Profile:
- Based in or near Munich.
- Native or fluent German speaker.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a small group (20–30 people).
- Basic English skills for occasional guest questions if needed.
