The project I am looking for assistance on is for someone to build a customer journey map. The map MUST pertain:
1. The purchase of a used Luxury SUV with space for 5 people, technology and comfort being big factors in the decision making process.
2. NonMarketing Factors are:
a. Family of 2 adults 2 elementary children
b. Middle class income
c. Black American
d. Likes to accelerate fast
e. Enjoys a smooth ride
f. Interest Rates are high
g. Cost of vehicles are high and climbing
h. Prefer a known luxury brand that was not purchased in the past
i. Past vehicle was a Hybrid Lexus RX350h
