Seeking for writers for learning journal/reflection on educational books

I am recently working on some learning journals to reflect on a few educational books. The requirements for each journal are just for generally reflecting, putting some feedbacks/thoughts, etc, roughly around 500-1000 words for each depending on the book-length. There is no need to complete the whole book reading, as long as the whole content and structure have been understood for ensuring professional reflection. So this project definitely requires a quick reader with advanced comprehension and research skills. There won't be a very tight time limit, but within 3 days should be ok.
