Seeking Quality Content Writer for a Kitchen blog

I'm looking for someone who can write unique content and has decent experience in writing informative/how-to type content for a kitchen blog.
N.B: I’m looking for someone who we can work with for at least 6 months and someone who know how to do own research and writing engaging and original content.
** Key qualities:>>
#1. Proper grammar, sentence structure and article formatting.
#2. Can do in-depth research from different sources, especially, whom can use 4-5 different resources to write a content instead of using only one source.
#3. Language has to be fluent and conversational.
