The software is open-source means that any developer can get our software for free and use it to build their apps.
We are making money on top of the open-source project by providing a cloud offering: Meilisearch-as-a-service.
The cloud offering will be the product highlighted for the Product Hunt but in the video, we should highlight Meilisearch as a whole. The open-source & cloud offering are two different ways to use the same API.
Objective of the video project
The objective of this video is to promote our product. This video will first be used in our Product Hunt. For me, the objectives of this video are to explain why we created the project (which explains what is the problem we solve), but also our product direction, our strengths, and what makes us so unique.
The objective is to explain what is Meilisearch, so people can quickly understand in which context they can & should use it and invite them to give it a try! Both cloud offering & open-source projects should be
