Save the property

My dad and mom died and left the siblings bank account and three properties, there are 8 siblings in the family, we divided the money's equally and I payed what it was agreed on, the price for one property and divided it 7 equal ways. The lawyer in charge of the probate said that I need to write some paperwork staying that I payed for that property in full divided equally to the 7 siblings and each have there paperwork sighed in front of notary public and all papers, sighed and he will take to probate court to show the courts this evidence and have the judge rule on it
