Rock Documentary Research & Scriptwriting
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We're a small-but-growing YouTube channel that creates short documentaries on famous Rock & Metal artists.
We're now looking for a freelance writer and research assistant to join the team for one project, and perhaps more if both sides are happy.
The role will consist of:
* Researching artist biographies, and extracting potential storylines
* Writing rich & detailed scripts according to a style reference (our previous videos)
* Finding relevant video footage online (old interviews, shows etc.)
Requirements:
* Deep interest in Rock and Metal artists - and the "behind the scenes" stories
* Small portfolio (at least) of writings or previous works
* Experience with similar projects preferred, but not required
* You do not need to know film industry standards for scripts - we write in essay format
