Rewrite editor and content manager

I'm looking for a writer, editor and someone that critique a book raw pdf manuscript that'll be presented to you to work from with some illustrations in it, the content is of American Slave recording before they died after the American Civil War, and emancipation which “content” do not need editing. it's the sidebars and back cover, summary, and preface that needs TOTAL rewritten. I do not want someone to just take rewriter software to do this job. It must be a total rewrite in the same written tone and be critiqued by questioning my attempt. The total manuscript is 9800 words. From that 13 sidebars, summary, preference, and back cover have to be rewritten. what's supplied to you is somebody else's web copy text from online locations that are meant to describe my content desire. The perfect candidate for me is someone that can take my PDF book layout and extract the text copy and work with it. Telephone communication is vital for this project.
