Rewrite a Blog Post

Attached is a Blog post where I would like to have rewritten in a way that has the similar topics, but tell a better story, add some statistics, and simply rewritten in you own unique way and perspective. If you have staffing or recruiting experience that would be a plus as you'll have some domain knowledge.
