Restoring sexual life after prostate cancer

I am a Dutch Urologist and medical sexologist and I feel I have to write a book about the recovery from prostate cancer sexually. As many as 1 in 8 men suffer from prostate cancer once in their lifetime and almost always one or more sexual functions get lost because of its treatment, thus many couples are affected by these problems. Intimity is a very important aspect of quality of life during and after oncological treatments. Many books have been written about recovering psychologically and sexually after breast cancer. Virtually none have been written about these topics after prostate cancer. I started to write the guide post-cancer patients need to regain their self-esteem and sexual lives during and after prostate cancer treatments.
