Rental Applicant Qualification Interviews

I am currently in need of someone to conduct telefoninterviews for the purpose of qualifying rental applicants. The primary criteria for qualification will be credit score, rental history, expected move-in date and the number of people who will be living in the property. A successful freelancer for this project will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ideally with experience in the real estate industry. The ultimate objective is to gather detailed information about the credit scores of the applicants. Thus, strong understanding and knowledge in finance related topics is beneficial. A detailed understanding of the rental laws and practices in the prospective tenant's locale is also valuable. Duties will include:

- Conducting telefoninterviews with potential tenants
- Collecting credit score and rental history information
- Assessing the proposed move-in date and the number of potential occupants
- Evaluating and qualifying potential tenants based on the collected information
