Recruitment Canada is seeking a Headhunter with experience in the Aviation industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience recruiting for senior-level positions. Specific skills and qualifications required for the position include:
- Proven experience in executive recruiting for the technology industry
- Strong understanding of the Canadian job market and employment laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools and techniques, including social media and job boards
Preferred skills include:
- Experience in recruiting for startups and/or emerging technology companies
- Knowledge of various programming languages and technologies
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
