Real Estate Content for Social Media

I am real estate agent looking to pay someone a steady rate to create semi-daily real estate content. Content topics would include the national real estate market, the local real estate market, the home buying process, home buying tips and all things related to buying and selling real estate. I would likely hire someone who has experience creating content for other real estate agents. Someone familiar with the concept of SEO is also ideal. I would want to post something every 2-3 days across several platforms, which comes out to about 10 to a dozen articles a month, which can be either provided 1 every couple days or 2 a week or all 10 at once.
