Real Estate Content Writer With Strong Knowledge of SEO

My client, House Buyers of America (https://www.housebuyersofamerica.com) is seeking an experienced copywriter with knowledge of the real estate industry and search engine optimization best practices. We have an urgent project we need to tackle by mid next week (Dec. 14th), per our SEO agency's advice. Once this project is done, we'll need a lot of ongoing help with 15-30 pieces per month. So, should this project go well, we hope it will lead into a mutually beneficial ongoing partnership. :)
I represent the client as a marketing & PR consultant, so I will be your main point of contact during the project. For this particular one-off project, we need to refresh 5* existing articles on the website with new keywords (which I'll provide), and add a few hundred words. We'll also proofread and update any outdated/poorly worded areas.
*For one of the content pieces, we'll be merging two existing articles into one.
After you've sent me your portfolio samples, I'd love to set up a time to chat through the project in detail this weekend or early next week so we can get this turned over quickly! Thank you so much. :)
