1. Main Tasks
1.1. Descriptions for Residential Complexes*
Format: Short descriptions (80–120 words) based on provided links/data.
Languages: Russian, English, Bulgarian, Hebrew (each added **manually in WordPress**).
Style:
- Clear facts (floors, location, completion date, prices start from).
- Highlight benefits (amenities, views, property class).
- Example (English):
> "Green Residence" – a modern 10-floor residential complex in Sofia (Lozenets). Features panoramic windows, terraces, and a fitness center. Delivery in Q2 2025. Perfect for comfortable living!

1.2. Private Property Listings
Format: Short ads (60–80 words) based on provided photos/files.
Languages: Russian, English, Bulgarian, Hebrew (each added separately).
Style:
- Key details (sq.m, floor, price).
- Notable features (renovation, view, nearby infrastructure).
- Example (English):

1.3. News Ticker Updates
- Add featured property links in scrolling ticker format:

2. Technical Tasks

2.1. Developer Logos
- Find and download logos (e.g., "Glavbolgarstroy," "YIT," "Alfastroy").
- Requirements:
- Format: PNG/SVG (transparent/white background).
- Size: min. 200×100 px.
- Upload manually to the "Partners" section via WordPress.

2.2. WordPress Manual Language Handling
- No multilingual plugin – each language is added manually.
- Key points:
- Do NOT mix languages in one post.
- Verify links and mobile responsiveness.

3. Requirements
- LTR + RTL languages
- WordPress Skills: Experience adding posts/media, basic text formatting.
- Graphics: Basic image editing (cropping/resizing logos).
- Attention to Detail: Ensure correct language separation and no duplicates.
