I am looking for a freelancer to create a Quality Audit SOP Document for Technical Review and Process Review for Incident tickets. The purpose of this document is to review and improve our current quality audit processes. I have some reference materials that can be used to help with the creation of the document. The preferred format for the document is a Word Document.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience with quality auditing and be familiar with creating SOP documents. They should be familiar with the Service Management process of Incident Management, Service Request Management & Change Management. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently to complete the project within the given timeframe.
