Proposal Writer wanted

I am looking to engage a proposal writer that has excellent verbal and visual design skills. Our area if business is technology, particularly analytics.

We have an ongoing need, approximately, 1 tender per week.

I would like to begin by testing the successful candidates skills and if I am happy I am open to a long term engagement.

Key skills required:
