Project: Human Writer to “Humanize” ~20,000 Words (Destinations, City Pages, Itineraries & 4 Blogs)

Job ID: 39764359

Budget: $700 – $1,300 USD

Goal
We’ve drafted our website content with AI and now need a human writer to fully rewrite and humanize it: clearer voice, richer details, natural flow, and SEO structure—without sounding robotic. You’ll work from our attached brief “Needed.docx” (page list & word counts) and sample files. Internal links and images will be added by us; you’ll provide where and what to link and suggested image prompts/alt text.

Scope & Deliverables (≈20,000 words total)

Country pages (≈800–1100 words each)

City/destination pages (≈600–800 words each)

Itineraries (≈100–300 words each; short, scannable)

4 blog posts (≈800–1100 words each)

For every page/post, include:

1× H1 + descriptive H2/H3 subheads

Meta title (≤60 chars) & meta description (140–160 chars)

Slug suggestion (kebab-case) & 1–2 sentence excerpt

2–4 FAQs (1–3 sentence, answer-focused)

Internal linking suggestions only: write as [[anchor text]] (we’ll place URLs)

Image suggestions only: [IMAGE: prompt | alt="..."] (we’ll add the actual images)

We will attach “Needed.docx” containing exact page names and target ranges; please follow that structure closely.

Voice, Style & Quality

Human, clear, warm—sound like an expert travel advisor, not a brochure.

Concrete, place-specific details beat generic superlatives (names of bays, short hop times, season notes, simple tips).

Balanced sentence lengths, tight paragraphs (3–5 sentences), active voice, present tense.

No AI clichés (“myriad,” “delve,” “nestled,” “in conclusion,” etc.).

Originality required: we run AI-detection & plagiarism checks; content must pass and read naturally aloud.

SEO (non-robotic)

1 primary intent keyword per page (e.g., “Bodrum yacht charter”), naturally used in intro, a subhead, and once near the end.

Descriptive H2/H3s (e.g., “Best Time to Sail in Göcek” vs “General Information”).

FAQs aligned to real searches (“How much…”, “When is…”, “Can I…?”).

No invented hard facts (prices, border formalities, weather stats). Keep to ranges and widely accepted guidance.

What We Provide

“Needed.docx” with page list/targets + sample pages for tone/structure.

Editorial feedback after a short paid test piece.

We handle linking and image insertion (you only suggest anchors and image prompts/alt).

Process & Milestones (proposed)

Paid test (1 city page, 600–800 words) – approve tone/structure.

Batch 1 (≈30%) – deliver, revise.

Batch 2 (≈40%) – deliver, revise.

Final batch (≈30%) – deliver, revise, final QA.

Please indicate whether you prefer fixed-price per milestone or hourly with a not-to-exceed cap.

Timeline & Availability

Target window: 1–2 weeks depending on availability and revision cycles. Please share your schedule and realistic daily capacity.

Acceptance Criteria (must-meet)
