I am a registered nurse. I am looking for a journalist to investigate a hazardous material/chemical spill in labor and delivery department at Kaiser Woodland Hills Hospital. I was the scapegoat and fired, despite not knowing this chemical was used in our department. I am currently in the appeals process and my case in the supreme court. I’d love to tell my story. There has been falsified documents, missing legal documents, collusion with the union, and I have been forced to represent myself. My Superior Court is # 19VECV1454

The judge in charge of my case was a former attorney with the Defendant Law Firm and opened the firm. Despite him, stating that he made his affiliation known “three times” at the beginning of the lawsuit, he failed to recuse himself.
My case was thrown out on a motion for summary judgment despite overwhelming irrefutable evidence evidence. My evidence / exhibits were refused by the judge and the court.
