Prepare end user guides for AV equipment

We are looking for a freelancer who can visit out office in Golders Green, London and help us prepare end user guides and documentation for number of Audio-Visual rooms, we are looking for someone who can write in plain English with easy to understand and follow steps with appealing graphics what need to be completed so meeting organiser who is booking a room can quickly establish what can and can't be done. We will provide few example guides but new ones will be slightly different due to different AV setups in various rooms.
