Personal Relationship Counselor via Text
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m setting up an online support space where people can safely open up about their personal-relationship struggles. Everything happens through written chat, so empathy and clear Indonesian writing must replace tone of voice or facial cues.
The assignment
• Offer emotional counseling focused on personal relationships (my primary need, as selected in our brief).
• Communicate exclusively through real-time or asynchronous text—no calls or video.
• Maintain confidentiality and a non-judgmental approach while guiding clients toward practical next steps.
Deliverables
1. A minimum of five 30-minute chat sessions per client, provided on-schedule inside our secure platform.
2. Concise follow-up summaries after each session, highlighting key concerns and agreed action points.
3. End-of-engagement report with progress notes and recommendations.
Acceptance criteria
• Responses under five minutes during scheduled chats.
• Language: natural, supportive Indonesian with occasional English terms when needed.
• All client data kept strictly private; GDPR-level confidentiality expected.
