Body 1: Talk about why there was a big increase in the tech talent demand with stats and hard data.

Body 2: Talk about the tech talent salaries and increases.

Body 3: Talk about the need for outsourcing tech talent to other countries specially LATAM. with opinion and why this is helping tame the huge demand. (100 words)

Body 4: Talk about how the recent threats to recession and big layoffs has not slowed down talen tech demand (source: https://techwireasia.com/2022/07/the-great-layoff-has-not-dampened-the-demand-for-tech-talent/)

Body 5: Give opinion on the entire subject: The salaries keep increasing because of the lack of senior developers and the constant fight to find and retain great tech talent. The demand will keep increasing because of the need and shift of businesses online. Tech talent in LatAm is more affordable and bigger population to choose from. It is an overlooked market.

Conclusion: Retake the opening statement and the problem, close giving a hard opinion on the subject (why LatAm is a great market to outsource talent and why I think it should be outsourced to help with the huge demand)
