Online crowd funding platform

I am a licensed real estate agent in state of Jersey, working on to set up a crowd funding platform and raise capital between my investors and purchase properties. And I would like to sell shares and securities to investors who can not afford a whole house. I am looking for a way to do all of these legally and have correct contracts for my investors.
