VA Needed: Eclectic Skills Required

We’re building and launching a SAAS product that helps content creators organize their content, team and business and need someone to start creating content for and working on the social side of things.
I need help from an experienced virtual assistant to help with various daily tasks:
Monitoring & responding to daily chats from our customers / subscribers for the SAAS we're launching. This will be really important, but we don't have any (or much) traffic, yet, as we're about to launch our SAAS. I'll need you to assist our users and help onboard them. That basically means, help them as much as much as possible.
While waiting to chat with and help subscribers out, you can:
Write articles on the topic of SEO and other topics
Uploading and formatting articles
SEO
Link building
