Need a bilingual EN/FR content writer

Hi everyone,
we are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and French (preferably from Quebec, Canada) who can assist us in writing content for a client website. For the moment we need just one article to test the skills and speed of the writers.
I am attaching a sample article brief where you can find all the details and the specifics we need, but in couple of words:
- Needs to be written in English and translated to French (or vice-versa)
- Needs to be SEO focused (keywords provided)
- Needs to be unique, no generators, no AI etc.
- Needs to have 900-1000 words
- Needs to have minimum 5 headings
- Sentiment of writing: luxury, professional, funny
