Need Excellent Content Writer for Headphone review website

I am looking for a content writer with excellent English writing skills to write blog posts for my newly launched Headphone review website.
This is a long term project where I need at least 300+ blog posts written throughout the next couple of months. I will give outlines and proper instructions for each of those blog posts, and the writer has to follow them while writing.
Content submitted by the writer should be
1. Grammatical error-free
2. Plagiarism free
3. and on time ( before the deadline)
Most of my blog posts will have a word count of 1000 -2500. and I can offer 0.25Rs/word rate. This rate is non-negotiable at the moment, so kindly apply only if you are okay with it. If you have read till this, please write 'understood' in the beginning of your proposal.
