Native English content writer required for branding and web content

One of my clients requires a content writer for his branding and web content. We'd prefer someone who can have a quick audio/video call (at times, but not all the time), take notes, and then write accordingly. Newbies can apply if they have a good command of writing and speaking. Some basic SEO knowledge will be preferred. In your response, please mention your cost per 500 words as we are a bit tight on budget at the moment and would hire someone who can provide a mix of value and affordability.
