Native English Writer for AI and CV Scientific Article

I did some scientific research on AI and Computer vision. I made loose notes from them. I also tried to put all in one scientific article. I will share those files with offer winner.
I am not satisfied with what I have written. I dont like logical structure and organisation, I find text messy and hard to follow. I lack images, tables, etc.
I am looking for talented writer (NATIVE ENGLISH ONLY) who will:
- get familiar with my materials
- reorganize entire article and rephrase it so that is pleasant and easy to follow with good native-like language
- make tables, add images etc.
- draw encouraging conclusions.
The text now is 9000 words - excluding my notes.
