Musician Tour Manager
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced tour manager for a musician. The primary role is to manage the tour, specifically:
- Booking venues: Focus on small clubs
- Contract negotiations: Secure favorable terms
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in tour management
- Strong network of small club contacts
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
I currently do my own management re. organising gigs at Pubs, Clubs and private shows travelling between Adelaide in South Australia, Western Victoria and New South Wales.
I regularly play between 3 and 5 shows a week over Summer (December to March) and would like to increase the amount of shows I play over winter, possibly by playing gigs in the snowfields of NSW and Victoria, gigs in Western Australia and Queensland and also eventually travelling overseas for short tours.
I am looking for someone to help me showcase my original material as well so I can eventually be doing gigs and smaller festivals with more original content. Here is a link to my current single

I have several more which I'm planning to release in the next 6 months.
In short, I am looking for a manager/publicist who would work with me to increase my turnover and as well as an initial upfront fee I would consider a percentage deal going forward.
My turnover for the half year January to June 2025 was about $23,000 from 49 gigs with most of that made in the first 4 months of the year. With some smart planning and taking advantage of regional festivals etc. I feel confident we can at least double that.
I would like to start with a 2 week tour of Western Australia with gigs in and around Perth, Margaret River etc. I will need a minimum of 10 gigs for a minimum fee of $750 per gig with the venue providing accommodation if they have it or $850 per gig if not.
