Moving from the city to a rural lifestyle property

We moved from living in Auckland, New Zealand, the biggest cities in the country last December to a small rural property in Tauranga. I would like to write a book to share what life is like moving away in the busy city to rural area in New Zealand. Having 2 golden cocker spaniels and a siamese cat before. Now we have 2 baby orphan lambs to hand raise to participate for our kids' school AG (agricultural day), and also two beautiful 'lawn mowing' Scottish Highland cows. These lovely animals will be loved by us and not to be eaten. I don't want to become a vegan, vegetarian or be put off in eating beef meat or lamb. I just won't eat ones with names. I want a book that housewives, and parents or families who are contemplating the move out of the city as a non scary and positive experience. Waking up to beautiful views of the Tauranga harbour, seeing Mount Maunganui, green grass paddocks around out house, trees with native birds living and enjoying themselves around us, even neighbours with kids of similar age to our children can just safely come and go from ours to theirs to play day or night. Every morning we feel like we live in paradise. Wearing gumboots around the property is my usual foot wear! No make up required. Life is great.
