Movie Review - Labour Law

Here you can pick any movie or a show of his/her choice and analyze:
1) Two characters and theirs jobs- whether they are worker and whether their workplace is an industry as per IRC and as per ID Act.
2) Whether POSH Act and other acts from the course manual will apply?
For Instance: Rachel Green from the show Friends and if working as a waitress be covered under definition of worker/workmen as per IRC/IDA. Also, if she has become a sales rep then whether her status changes? Whether café/ Ralph Lauren boutique is an industry? Whether POSH act will apply to her workplace? Whether she will be eligible for Minimum Wages/Bonus etc.
2. That said, be advised that the review has to be written through the lens of law of labour in Indian Jurisdiction (only the labour laws given in course manual need to explored and whichever movie/show is chosen is to be assumed to be under Indian Jurisdiction). You must mention all the relevant sections and justify your arguments accordingly.
