Monthly Blog Posting

We are looking for someone to write about 35 blogs per month (numbers can change) on a monthly basis.
Every post should contain at least 500 words and 1-3 images (image library will be provided).
Post topics will vary but main focus would be on the following services:
Home Improvement
Energy Efficiency
HVAC/Air Duct
Online Marketing
Baking/Cooking
Car Mechanics
Etc.
