Marketing content writer in forum - Arabic

looking for a content writer who knows online marketing and advertising to write in Arabic forums. He must have a basic understanding in online marketing as well as different advertising and monetization methods (CPM, CPA, pop-up ads, push notifications, etc').
The writers must be fluent in Arabic and English.
