Making Wine with me 66

Job ID: 30916497

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

I have been working in winemaking from natural fruits for a long time, so today I decided to share my winemaking experience with you in this article
The first step in making grape wine is picking the black grapes and squeezing them without being washed to preserve the natural yeast present on the grape skin.
The second step is to put the squeezed grapes with their peel and seeds into a fermentation vessel for fourteen days
The third step is after fourteen days of the first fermentation process, the grape juice is filtered from the peels and seeds, and the fermented juice is transferred to the second fermentation stage.
Where the fermented grape juice is placed in the fermentation vessel for at least four days
The last stage is the final fermentation stage, in which the fermented grape juice is transferred from the fermentation vessel of the second stage to wooden barrels that are tightly closed to prevent the entry of oxygen to the grapes.
After at least a month of fermentation in wooden barrels, the wine is ready to drink
Noting that the longer the final fermentation period that takes place in wood barrels, the higher the price and quality of wine
As for the first fermentation stage, it does not exceed fourteen days
The second fermentation stage is four days

A final note: If the grapes are sprinkled with chemicals, they must be washed. Here, after squeezing it, we add a little yeast to the grapes in the first fermentation stage, i.e. when squeezing the grapes.
I need someone who experience to work with me
