Dear Sirs
I am looking for a reputed mentor/coach to guide me on Top up MBA/UK university (Strategic Management & Leadership) for the remaining 60 credit module on “research method” to help me finish it within the time limit. (I already completed 120 credits of Qualfi UK Diploma on Strtegic management and leadership from the university. I approach you to seek your help to finish research, dissertation and reflection papers.
Requirement:
Individually assigned modules – Total 3 – as shown hereunder in 30 days as under:
1. Research proposal (1500 words) - Week 1
1.1. SMART (500 words)
2. Full dissertation 15000 words – Week 2
3. Reflection paper 1500 words – Week 3
SMART Means:
• Specific: Targeting a particular area for improvement.
• Measurable: Quantifying, or at least suggesting, an indicator of progress.
• Assignable: Defining responsibility clearly.
• Realistic: Outlining attainable results with available resources.
• Time-related: Including a timeline for expected results

2. The grade to receive for this assessment will form 10% of overall module mark.
Quality standard: UK PhD/MBA level
Submission Date: Week 1
STRUCTURE – MODULE 1
Research proposal to be structured as under:
• Introduction
• Context
• Research Question(s) and Objectives
• Relevant Academic Literature Consulted
• Proposed Methodology (including any ethical issues)
• Reference list
• Appendices
o Timetable for doing the work
o Reflection: Is the Proposal SMART?
• Specific: Targeting a particular area for improvement.
• Measurable: Quantifying, or at least suggesting, an indicator of progress.
• Assignable: Defining responsibility clearly.
• Realistic: Outlining attainable results with available resources.
• Time-related: Including a timeline for expected results

LEARNING OUTCOMES
This assessment addresses Learning Outcomes:
1. Understand, reflect upon, apply and (for the highest marks) develop theory from analysis of data;
2. Analyse alternative approaches to research within the domain of management and business and the assumptions upon which these are based;
3. Argue and evaluate critically alternative research claims with justification;
4. Formulate strategies for successful research within a variety of settings paying special attention to the ethical implications;
5. Select and utilise appropriate research methods effectively paying attention to generalisability;
6. Collect data to meet academic and organisational needs;
7. Synthesise and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data having due regard to the issues of validity, reliability;
8. Engage in both professional and academic communication following appropriate conventions;
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
Expect 90% to 95% score.
The grade for this assessment of module 1 project proposal will form 10% of overall module mark. Modules 2 and 3 will follow forming the remaining 90%.

MODULE 2 – DISSERTATION – 15000 WORDS
This is an Individual assignment and it is worth 80% of the overall module grade.
You are required to prepare a 15,000-word Dissertation. Your dissertation should contain the following:

• Introduction
• Background
• Literature Review

• Findings
• Discussion
